  Starting Jan 1, 2025, the new assessment rates are as follows:
     • 1 Bedroom - $394.78
     • 2 Bedroom - $422.00
     • 3 Bedroom - $433.67
     • Two Story  - $462.83
  
  
• Garbage pick-up: Monday mornings. Place bagged garbage in outside trashcan by 6 a.m. in summer months and 7 a.m. in winter months.
  
  
• Reminder—When a resident uses the clubhouse they are responsible to clean up behind themselves. All dishes to be washed and put away after dishwasher is completed. All counters and backsplashes are to be wiped down. The top of the stove and front of oven door to be cleaned. Wipe off all finger prints on refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and front of oven. Sink to be cleaned of all food and garbage disposal run. Sweep and mop floor in kitchen and vacuum great room. If there is spilled liquid or food in refrigerator, please wipe out inside of the refrigerator. Empty garbage.
  
  
• Reminder—Please notify your visitors and contractors/workmen who visit your property, that there is no parking on the grass. This is to keep our sprinkler system from being damaged. Have your visitors' park in the visitor overflow lots. If contractors/workmen need to unload near your home, they may park on the road (white curb only) until finished unloading. Once the contractor/workmen are done unloading they must park in the overflow parking. This includes all vehicles such as trucks, cars and cranes.
  
  
• CASITAS MAPS: The Casitas maps at our NW and SE entrances were replaced thanks to the generous donations of many Casitas Homeowners and Renters. Mike Rom redesigned them with the help of Greg Cross.
